Mint Chocolate (Cacao) Chip Smoothie
Chocolate Layer:
1 tbsp. organic peanut butter or almond butter
1 organic banana
1 tbsp. maca
1 tbsp. cacao or carob
1 tbsp. chia seeds
1/4 tsp. vanilla bean powder
1/4 tsp. of cinnamon
2 cups of fresh cashew milk
Minty Layer:
fresh mint leaves (7-9 leaves)
1 tbsp. tahini sesame seed butter (almond, cashew will also work)
1 cup cashew milk
1 tbsp. hemp seeds
1 tbsp. brown rice syrup
Toppings:
cacao nibs and fresh mint
1. Add all chocolate ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed. Pour mixture into a glass. Rinse blender.
2. Add all minty ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed. Pour mixture over chocolate.
3. Top it off with cacao nibs and fresh mint.
